Sofia University International Relations office has two invitations about some interesting events which will take place in the main building of Sofia university :
Subject: Japan and the EU
Some of you are leaving soon and we dont want to miss the opportunity to taste your national cuisine!
We guess you feel like it as well… so many nations here, we cant miss the chance to get to know the other cultures through their food, drinx and whatever their representatives decide to do or bring to the dinner!
So the place: Sofia University - main building, 1st floor, Conference room (Zala- in bg) N2. (one of the rooms next to the one of the International Office).
Time: between 6pm. and 10pm.
Day: 30 May 2008, Friday
You do not need to plan anything for this night, plan an Erasmus party until dawn!
But actually you can start planning what to prepare for the dinner and let us know via email (suerasmusclub@gmail.com) if you want to come so that we can keep track of the number of people.
We know that most of you dont have kitchens, but dont let this fact keep you away from the event! Also - if you cant find all the products you need, just prepare what you can…. nobody will know the original recipe anyway! … and start looking for wine from your country on the Bulgarian market (or any other drinx, not necessarily alcoholic ones).
You can also give freedom to your imagination and bring something traditional from your country like flags, music, etc….

It will get overcrowded very fast, but it will definitely be fun!

We decided to set a meeting for the Rhodopi trip today /16.05./
at 16.00h on the stairs of Sofia University.
If you want to join us for the trip, please be there with the money (try to make it to the university before 16.30h ;), we know about the traffic jams and everything…).
Its very important for us to know if you want to come.
By the end of the day we should know whether we’ll make this trip or not, depending on how many people sign up today.

We, your friends from Erasmus Club, want to prepare for you something that could be the best memory from whole your stay here, in Sofia. So, we decided to make a Yearbook! In it, except from the funniest photos from trips and parties, will be gathered contact details of all of you, for keeping in touch even when everybody goes home…
The Yearbook will cost 12 leva, so anybody who is interested, please send an e-mail to suerasmusclub@gmail.com to confirm and bring the money on Thursday (15.05.2008), at party time.

So, what about this week? …“Let’s make it European!”
For this Thursday we’ve planned a special Erasmus evening just for us!!! What a better chance to celebrate with a bit of delay the Europe day?! J …Let’s feel the European vibes together, are you in?! How to do it?? Just bring with you 4-5 of the best songs you can think about (in your own language) to share them with us…We’ll have a cozy café with sofas to lounge and enjoy the sounds of…whatever you can bring! Be CREATIVE!

Place: the café on the right side of “Krivoto”, “Hristo Georgiev” Street (behind Sofia University)
Because of the place, the party will be calmer, more for having a chat than dancing, cause the guys close at midnight, so everyone who wants, can start the club crawling after that.
